斜頸瓶更便于傾倒，改善了加樣或刮擦時對培養(yǎng)瓶的可操作性

直角培養(yǎng)瓶從底部到斜頸處有一定的坡度，更便于傾倒液體和移液管進入

大多數斜頸瓶還有一個防傾側的裙邊以增加穩(wěn)定性
